Hotel is nice overall, room was clean, bed was comfortable, water pressure was good, (with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash) and the WiFi works well, besides the TV having some pixels out, it was a great room.

Lloyd is a perfect example of excellent hospitality. From check in to check out he was one of the best I have dealt with in the hotel industry. I have traveled the world and it is such a pleasure to meet such a gentleman that takes pride in his job. He is an asset to Courtyard Marriott. Look forward to seeing him and staying at the Marriott in August for a week when I am back in the area for work.

I stayed here for 5 days while I was in STC. The hotel is fine, but they still seem to be in full "we don't have daily housekeeping service, at all" mode of covid, rather than the more common method of at least giving the option. The one day out of those 5 that I asked for service they were resistant to doing anything other than replacing towels and emptying garbage. If they were still concerned about covid, they wouldn't have had large groups of completely unmasked guests having cocktails in the lobby on two separate occasions.

This hotel is great. Staff is very friendly. My family and I loved the lobby it was very accommodating and we all felt comfortable while visiting. Probably best the best lobby I’ve seen in a hotel at this price range. Looks are deceiving when we first pulled up the exterior does not look nearly as nice as the interior. Will definitely stay here again when needing a hotel in the area. Also very clean… we will not stay at hotels that aren’t clean. Overall very happy with our stay
