If you have a car radio that can connect to the correct station, you can use that. Otherwise, you can bring a radio. The other option is to just hope the people around you have their volume up high enough for you to hear.
I've always kept a portable radio handy with extra batteries on hand for drive-in season. That way I can sit outside my car in my lawn chair and listen. Sometimes it's hard to get a clear signal, so it helps to have a good radio. But lately I've just kept my car running so my windows don't fog up and listen to my car stereo.
