About 9pm but if you want to get a good spot u need to be there right when they open at 7 but the line starts at 6pm so six would be the best 😀

Last weekend it was 8:50/9 pm
Ten minutes after sun down. Get the when gates open for a good spot.
At sunset. So check inlibe for that day. Id say cloae to 9pm. Depending on whats showing you wod want to be in line by 6. The gate opens at 7.
