I've never checked because I was sent an email and text message when it was ready.
There are a lot of ways. They should send you an email that it's ready for pickup. If you have the smart phone app, you can sign in then click the bars in the upper left hand corner. This will open a drop down menu. Scroll down to 'purchase history' and click on that, then choose the order you're looking for to see the status. I think it's about the same online if you don't have the app.
