Unfortunately, I have never heard or seen quail eggs anywhere. Perhaps a specialty grocery store or international grocery store may carry them. Maybe a Chinese market or Farmer's market will have them. Hope you find them. Try looking online for any information.
Check with the meat department, they have a wide variety of items that they are able to order
