They can find your receipt because you used a card.
I would speak to them in person. If you're patient with them, they're a lot more helpful.

Yes go to the store so you can see them put your money back on the card.
Get in car go to Wal-Mart and talk to management in person, carry your receipt.
If you are talking to them in any way that you typed, I see why you are having problems.
The lady took my buggy and my receipt i have proof of payment on back statement. They already told me ill get my money back i have voisemail as proof.
