Rediculous wait times in the automotive section. I have currently been sitting and waiting to have tires installed for 4.5 hours and was second in line. The gentleman in front of me took 4 hours for his install. Car isnt even in the bay yet...

Just a suggestion, but I recommend taking it to a local and reputable tire shop like Blacks Tire.

And good luck getting a tire fixed. They usually lie saying it isn't repairable so they can sell you a new tire.

I have had a bad experience with them as well a d I am going to complain to head management about it since it has happened before. I stood there waiting and waiting for someone to acknowledge that I needed help. Two of the 3 men looked right at me but kept on talking and goofing off. One was even tossing tires st the other one. That's why it takes so long to get your car worked on. This is the second time this has happened. I went back in and told the girl that no one offered to help and that I was taking my business elsewhere. Went straight to the Oil Changer and they changed the oil, rotated the tires and inspected the car within an hour. They met me as i was pulling I and answered all my questions.

I normally go to Thomas Tire.... tried this to save a $ and still sitting here with no vehicle ij the bay and its almost closing time for auto care... currently requesting a manager to fuss at after taking the day off from work

This store added online grocery pickup late last year, make sure to place your order early as they hit the maximum number of orders available early on to make sure you can get your groceries.

Probably because it isn't repairable... You'd be better getting a new tire or doing it yourself since it isn't hard. They make kits and sell them at walmart..
