Delivery takes 3 hours or more… I have tried to order delivery from this Dominos on two separate occasions over the past 3 months. Both times the order status was in the prep phase for over an hour. When I called to ask about the order, I was told that it would be another hour or two minimum before the pizza could be delivered. Again, this happened on two separate occasions. Save your money and your time and order from somewhere else.

Literally ordered 2 pizza and hour before the lunch rush and still waiting for my pizzas, walked into the store no one at the counter, was in the back asked where my pizzas were, sitting on the counter, uncooked and was told it be a couple of mins almost 2 and a half hours later, I feel bad for everyone else still waiting for their food, I will not be coming back to this location ever, this was unnecessary

Don’t bother trying to use the app at this location. I ordered for delivery because the app said it would be delivered in 26 minutes. When it had not even gone into the oven 30 minutes later I called to find out what was going on. The location personnel told me that the app is not accurate on types and that they had not put it in the oven yet and it would not be delivered on time for me to eat before I went to work. I had no choice but to cancel the order and will not be ordering this location again.

I had an issue with placing an order online, I called into the store to speak to someone to see how it can be fixed. The first person to answer the phone was a young man who was nothing but apologetic and offered to resolve the issue. He admitted he was new so he offered to get someone else to help me. The manager got on the phone, her name was Selena. While in the midst of explaining the issue, she tried to talk over me instead did waiting for me to finish. She asked me to repeat myself one time for her not listening. She told me that I would have to delete my order and start all over again. I explained I had done this multiple times already for the past hour. She precedes to tell me that she doesn’t run the internet and I need to call the 1-800 #. I asked for her name again and preceded to tell her that is not how you treat loyal customers, she said I was being rude to her. Not one time did I raise my voice. So sad that the customer service has gone out the window with an attitude of its not my problem. I finally got the order to go through. And this will be the last time I order food from this location.
