Candi Walrath, yes Target Carries a variety of toys including the Hexbugs, I have personally bought a few myself for a friend of mines kid. You can also order online or I believe you can have specific ones sent to the store to pick up as well if you couldn't find the one you're looking for in store. I hope this helps.
Yes Target does carry hexbugs. They have some available only online, but they do have in store stock available of different varieties.
