Does anyone else have any issues with a eployee there who is very rude and talks loudly and unprofessionally,she us easy to notice,she is very tall,African American with glasses and short slightly greying hair?

Does it matter how this rude person is described. I have a problem with an African American woman who works across the street at the CVS . She is very rude and disrespectful to me every time I come to the store. I don't even enter the store when she is working.
