so I normally eat all the time here with my family I found a PIECE of GLASS in my plate. manager comes up and ask me if I want another plate I thought about It said alright. I GOT NO DISCOUNT STILL PAID FULL PRICE AND GOT OFFERED NOTHING JUST AN APPOLAGY?? ARE U SERIOUS??? LUCKY THIS WASN'T ON MY CHILDS PLATE AND IT WAS ON MINE. THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE.

I drive1.5 hours to eat at this Peruvian restaurant, very well prepared and delicious Peruvian food. The portions are very generous and the price is on the fair side. The serves are attentive, accommodating. I recommend this place located in Hartford CT. The salsa verde and the bread are so delicious so don't get full just by eating them.

Horrible customer service and food. I ordered my steak medium and received this. The steak was dry and cooked way past well. The plaintiffs were burnt all on the bottom and the egg as well. I drove over an hour to pick this up and was …I am so sorry for the miscommunication. I’m glad this was resolved and we’re glad to see you and your wife back. 🙏🏼

Very good
Piolin Restaurant is taking all necessary proper procedures by practicing all of covid safety protocols. They have everything in order and are wearing mask's and have table's as well add markings on the for to be sure everyone are 6 feet away from one another. They also have hand sanitizer as you enter the establishment.
And
This place is not at all helpful, they treat you badly and do not please the customer. Believe me, I do not recommend them
Wow. I'm surprise. Since I arrived at Hartford in 2010, I learn to love Peruvian food. Since it was close to my residence and being single, I ate out a lot. My experience at Piolin was and is excellent. You should have call the manager and talk to him. Sorry for your experience. By the way l'm not Peruvian. Bye.
All that "bad" pales before the great menu they serve. And the attention is not bad.
