There are several stairs at the end of the trail at the waterfall and "rock"stairs all along the trail. It only takes about 12- 15 minutes to get from the parking lot to the waterfall though
It's not the easiest trail. There are a lot of ups and downs of roots and rocks. I wouldnt recommend with a stroller.
