I have shopped at this store several times and attempted make a return for an item I’ve never used. The day I bought the item it was out of necessity for my project, but I found my old one… and it was very uncomfortable for me, they were quite rude, talking indirectly and whispering as I shopped around the store and even called the police because they thought I was shoplifting just because I took a Ziploc bag out of an opened box, to look at the size for my project. — it’s sad this “small town” company has no trust or compassion. So In trying to make my return - They told me, I couldn’t return it because it was beyond the 7 day period, and I even politely told them, they’d be loosing a customer and they didn’t care. Who has a 7 day return policy anyways!? It was less than two weeks I had the item!! They aren’t as rude as some small town businesses but they are the rudest in all of Haywood county.

A good old fashioned hardware store...a little bit of everything, with great prices...very easy access if you use the traffic light...the same as you leave...but the store is well worth it no matter what you have to do...kudos guys for putting together a hardware store worth going to...Awesome!!!!! 👍
