as you start walking the trail you start to think "oh my gosh this is like a serious trail, I should have better shoes" and then suddenly you're there. oh yeah, and typically there's a guy walking behind you with a baby in his arms that makes you feel really bad about ever thinking it was hard. It actually is a real hiking trail--It's a tiny section of the MTS. To prep, wear water shoes, maybe carry a towel. The water is COLD!! Oh, and there's no mobile signal, so put your phone in airplane mode and call it a camera.
It's appropriate for beginners. It's not a difficult hike
