Can you go horse riding in the park?

Yes, there only one just south of the lodge.

Saw people riding in the area around Hurricane but not in the park.

Not inside the park... but on trails outside the park yes!!

Chris n Richard said it well. Not inside, but just outside the park are several riding trails. There are mule trains that the rangers use to cover all the hiking trails.

There is a place to ride on the east exit
