How much in advance can we book dinner? I heard it was a week and no earlier? What is the earliest time of the day that we can call to get our preferred time?

Most of the time you can call early and have reservation in the same day. Now with this covid thing going on call early for sure to be sure. By the way amazing quizen.

We always go for lunch. Weekends are quite full but we can get a reservation in the morning for the same day.

We called in the morning of the day we wanted and were in at 2. Not sure what time exactly we called though, sorry.
