Look for trails which strollers and wheelchairs can use. Those will be fairly flat and easy.
There are some good trails. But even if you only drive through or take the tram, it is so beautiful you will see plenty.
There are plenty of flat trails to enjoy the scenery from. Also, if you are there during the off season you can drive most places. We really like to visit just before the summer season opens, less people & more freedom. Have a great time!
The first mile up to the Narrows is called the Riverwalk and is "paved" with minimal inclines. The lower emerald pools is a little steeper but not bad. It also looks like the first portion of the path that leads to angels landing might be relatively flat. Double check at the welcome center, though, because that area was shut down due to flash flood damage when we went. There's also a trail through the canyon next to the river that is pretty smooth. Definitely DON'T try the Narrows hike, itself. Even with my knee braces and walking sticks, my knees were killing me for days after hiking that. It was worth it because it's beautiful, but you're fighting the current and there are rocks hidden under the surface of the water... Especially once you reach Wall Street, as they call it. Flat, but not easy. And the higher the water, the harder it will be.
Most of the trails are with elevation. Look at the board at the beginning of the trails what the elevation is.
