Are there bobcats, coyotes, or peccaries over there? If so, how can they be best spotted?

When we were there all we seen was deer, chipmunks and Bird's..

We only saw deer and many squirrels.

I saw one blacktail buck and tracked a coyote or two. Generally speaking you find wild critters to be very shy of humans, until you get to someplace like Ocean Shores WA where the blacktail are protected and graze in yards and boulevards.

We saw bison deers Rams

And Bighorn Sheep! We heard coyotes but never saw them. No bobcats. Lots of deer and squirrels.
