I don't remember seeing Wheat Pancakes I do know that they have Plan, Buttermilk and other choices they also have Waffles give them a call

I believe so. But not gluten free.

Yes. Eggs, fruit, breakfast meat, hashbrowns. I'm not sure about their pancakes or waffles being gluten free.
