Technically no, just when you're walking around the building. They enforce that pretty strictly. But as long as you're keeping your distance in the park, you do not HAVE to wear one. That being said, I wear one while skating and it hasn't affected my performance what so ever.
Yes, the pandemic is serious. I've been skating regularly with a mask on with breathing issues, but it's not bad.
