As with most companies they only want to spend money when they absolutely have to. I see staff reporting to work after the rush had already started and tables are already backed up pouring the kitchen behind the rest of the night. This is fairly common which is why you get peanuts to through on the floor.
Everything seems to take twice ad long on a Friday or Saturday night...but no excuse. They do usually have very good service.
I kind of agree. Attitude as soon as my companion and I walked up to the hostess. He had to stand back for fear of being sorry for his words and actions. Our waitress was pleasant and good; possibly to get us out before closing. And maybe that's why we got attitude when we walked in. Possibly for being interracial. Who knows what bothers people these days but nothing should. It's all small stuff.
