I haven't ordered KFC in so long and was disappointed. Chicken was old and Mac/cheese had burnt pieces everywhere. How can they serve this kind of food. I am sure they wouldn't eat it so why give it out. Make new ones and keep things fresh.. not good business at all. Even the biscuit was hard. At least corn was good. Everything else went in garbage!! Wast of$20!!

One of the best KFC..the only thing is that the lady that takes your order, goes too fast and rushes you ( but she has GREAT customer service) that's why I gave them a five star because the food is EXCELLENT and the customer service is great! *** UPDATE 7/26/22*** Unfortunately I have to take some stars away, I got there right at opening, and they got my order wrong, they gave me yesterday waterdown burnt mac and cheese and old cole slaw. My husbands strawberry lemon had no flavor it was water. But the customer service was good! Food VERY poor quality and waste of money.

This was the worst experience of my life at this KFC on 12 Mile and Dequindre I would never come back Jennifer is by far the rudest manager there is Jennifer it cost 0% to be kind you don't know what people is going through I asked for a classic crispy sandwich I got a greasy nasty chicken sandwich that's what she served me I don't eat stuff like that I called her I brought the sandwich back she didn't say I apologize for the inconvenience she absolutely did nothing! all I wanted was a classic Crispy chicken sandwich and not a greasy nasty sandwich when you pushed the meat together all you see is grease look at that sandwich Jennifer needs to be fired she doesn't exemplify manager material. And I said what I said! All that dog on Grease! I'm definitely letting my colleagues know never to go to that KFC again
