Can you rent a scooter for the handicapped?

I did not see anywhere to rent them, and agreed, the terrain might be pretty rough for one

I did not see anything like that and the terrain is gravel so you will want a quality scooter.

I did not see any. There aren't any paved walkways though, so that might pose a problem.

Didn't see a place to do that, there is a lot of gravel to go through also, need larger wheels or maybe a power scooter would not have a problem.
