I know are swords and knifes are zip tied or tied in their sheaths, but what is the policy on spears if they are blunt and have no point?

Like you said, weapons hav to be zip tied for safe reasons, but i think some guy got yelled at last year because even though his spear was blunt, he was being a drunk and swinging it around and hit some kid in the face.

I couldn't find anything on spears. I know when we went last year there was people walking around with them, but they might have been blunt tippes.
