Absolutely yes but like anywhere else but I no matter where I am always have eyes in back of my head and eyes on food and drink!! Enjoy and be safe

I would say....yes.
The festival is very safe - I work here. It's a normal and very "public" environment. We have extensive security and first aid and you can generally ask anyone working in a booth for help or directions etc. Staff wear Grey with red polo shirts. Come have fun!
I dont see why not just pay attention to your surroundings like i do with my kid running around. I have never had problems going.
