Just as long as the government hasn't sprayed chemtrails and overcast the Skies over reading it should work. Just try not to go there next Monday there are supposed to be spraying a lot of chemtrails next week.

It sure does work. When we were there in May I took a picture of the Sundial's shadow against my phone's clock. There was only a couple minutes difference. Really cool! The nearby botanical gsrdens are also worth some attention.
