Always well stocked up on supplies. Usually always having what I need. Most the time the staff is friendly but sometime there's a couple employees that are not very nice barley saying 1 word even when asking a question they would almost ignore me besides just grabbing and bagging what I was trying to ask a question about instead of answering sometimes making what I bought not the right thing I needed and means there's sales are final there im stuck with a useless item just throwing it away wasting money and my time going there.

You get what you get here lol. I've always had great experiences, etc., here. You know, it sometimes takes a good personality put out there first, to help the staff's wonderful personalities to come out, too.

Smokey's Paradise the best smoke shop in Redding great inventory looks like lots of Christmas gifts too this year. Very friendly staff under good management always smiling Good karma. Positive feeling spending my hard-earned dollars ❤️💚❤️

Absolutely terrible, I've lost so much money here it's not even funny! 90% of the products (vape products) are defective or expired. Brought it to the attention of owner and workers multiple times with no compensation. I usually spend 100 dollars on product per visit, once a week to then find 2-3 of my items don't work or taste incredibly old later in my week but once you leave the store with them that's it! Go elsewhere, this place is a dump just like the service!

If you go in and talk to the owner Mike, he's there almost every day... he will usually almost always give you a deal if you're planning on spending sum money, he's a really good dude... if your a regular there he will definitely hook you up right! I have never left that place feeling dissatisfied, DEFINITELY THE BEST Smoke shop in Redding!
Depends on what you get
They keep a very clean kept establishment and are courteous and conscientious of all their customers wants and needs and concerns. The have a dividers at the registers as well
