Turtle Bay Lodge used to be different they've renovated all of the facilities and it's a very nice and clean and the management is very easy going I recommend you go there if you need a hotel and if you're in Redding

Had to get a room for the night after leaving the er. Broke foot and tailbone. Husband had to go and unload the houseboat the next morning. Called front desk couple times telling them would need a late check out. They charged us 30.00 and hour for every extra hour and told us if we were still there after 1 p.m. they were going to charge for a full day. Husband got there at 1:15. They didn't charge for the full extra day. I understand running a business. But wow. It's not even a 2 star hotel. The were very rude about it. Will not stay there again.

This place is the worst place the wifi don't work and the place is so expensive and they are so rude and the whole time we was there the stand at our window and listen to everything we said

Racist place. Hobophobic. Rude to hobo visitors. Fawns over older white women. Sort of expensive, but can't have visitors (read no hobos). Nice room if you want sit lone. We sneak in with no problems. It's ok.
