Not at spanaway lake. I believe Alder lake has camping spots. Also camp Lakeview is very nice with camping and cottages to rent
If you can access military installations Fort Lewis/McCord is very close and has camping.

I had to do a little research on Pierce County and Spanaway Park. There's a no camping policy, and vehicles are not allowed to stay overnight.
