Yes, people walk in all the time to fill out an MassHealth application for approval or renewal. So much so that they have a stack of them & clipboards prepared. You fill it out in the waiting room & can also go there for other related reasons. Check in/ sign in at the help desk window.
I renewed my application late was asked to send proof and waited 2 weeks past policy and received nothing. Can your office dig further into this if I come in?
