This is the ONLY state/government run service center I have ever been to that has been consistently helpful and efficient with very reasonable wait times. Never mind that the staff has always been personable and pleasant, compared other government programs/facilities (R.M.V etc.) it's like night and day. AS LONG AS walk into Tewksbury office vs. getting bent over by M.H customer service on the phone for hours.

Yes, people walk in all the time to fill out an MassHealth application for approval or renewal. So much so that they have a stack of them & clipboards prepared. You fill it out in the waiting room & can also go there for other related reasons. Check in/ sign in at the help desk window.

I think you may be able to cash out the policy and buy prebutial attangements. These are acceptable spend down for mass health. But a chat with a lawyer might also be worth three money.
They provide a form that you need to fill out I don't think all the cases are same but basic is ss card id or driver license some proof of income bank accounts . Last tax is usually good as back up .they might come up with something more depending your case.

You'll have to call the main number and request it be mailed to you. That will take about an hour on the phone and then the mailing time. It is faster to go right to the location and ask for one. They are also available online.
