So how is the quality of the food. I have been to the one in Springfield ma and will never go back. Food there was cold just like the employees.

Nothing special. The chili cheese tots are really good. There's an older lady who works there, it seems like she'd rather be anywhere else but there. Not too friendly at all.

The food quality's nothing special. I'd say it matches McDonald's or Burger King.
