Hi Bernie - The park itself is a separate entity from the Zoo and open to the public daily. You can certainly walk your dog in the park; however, no pets are allowed inside the Zoo. Thank you!
Not sure if you can lease a dog. I'm going to assume you mean leash. There is a park around the zoo that you can walk dogs, I didn't see anyone inside with any pets.
Yes. There are plenty of trails in the park to walk your dog. Dogs are not allowed in the zoo, but thats a separate area.
