I think they do have gluten free noodles
They do offer gluten free items and the crispy Thai wings you can even do with no batter so you get all the flavor and avoid the flour they are delicious definitely recommend them also the nime chow is rice paper and rice noodle just make sure you tell them you're gluten free
I'm pretty sure they have rice noodle dishes and maybe even bean starch noodles. I would call and ask to make sure they're gluten free just in case.
I feel like I've seen some gluten free options on the menu, but it's probably best to check the menu or call.
