Why do it takes over an hour to get your food and if you check on YOUR order they look at you like you did sumthin wrong and they will skip your order it just isn't worth it anymore to dine here

I love them, love the family but the wait time is my only problem. This food isn't made to order. Its never a positive dining experience becz its like a waiting game. They should have a mass quantity made up and be putting it in containers. Their timing is a problem. Always has been. They need to fix this!! Quite annoying. I have been to jamaican restaurants in Chicago and everywhere and all of them have a better system that works.

That's that teal character you only get at authentic places, I wouldn't want it any other way🤣🤣🤣
