Itβs a whole vibe! My sister and I went for the first time on May 16, 2022. We walked in customers, and walked out feeling like family!π― You could taste the marination on the jerk chicken, and the oxtails were π₯. We have an Auntie and some cousins, now!π The food is good, the staff is friendly, and the bar side is the perfect touch! We will be back! Much love to the staff!β₯οΈ

Loved the Chicken as well as the service. Food took literally 3 minutes. Nice size portions of delicious food.

So we ordered large Jerk Chicken and Oxtail dinner with Plaintains and man I'll tell ya'll like this; you'll know when you've had great food when the flavor of the food is so good that it brings nostalgic memories and have you reminiscing to your Lady. The staff was all love and genuinely good people. I ate my food slow to appreciate the love that went into it. I can't wait to return on our next visit. Thank you Uppa Yard for the wonderful experience and food.

Some of the best Jamaican food on the North side. The biggest issue I have is the wait times. I can order online, arrive well after the alloted time, and still wait 30-60 min for my food. That's not to mention the 30 min I have to stand in β¦

Best Authentic Jamaican food in Milwaukeeππ
I love them, love the family but the wait time is my only problem. This food isn't made to order. Its never a positive dining experience becz its like a waiting game. They should have a mass quantity made up and be putting it in containers. Their timing is a problem. Always has been. They need to fix this!! Quite annoying. I have been to jamaican restaurants in Chicago and everywhere and all of them have a better system that works.
Everything is cooked to order so I don't think they really have a lot of time.to answer the phone. The food is always fresh and hot so I don't mind.
Why doesn't anyone working there in the back with the food wear hair nets, or shoes? Working the front is not required to wear a hair net, but in any case it's always better to be safe than sorry.
Sound good
