I do not believe so, but pretty sure the BW Bayshore in Eureka does. BW Bayshore is about 10 minutes away from the Humbold Bay Inn and is also a nice property with restaurants and the mall within walking distance. Contact the hotel directly for their policies.
Bayshore is nicer anyway. For a little extra $ you can have a dog there.
