It would be nice if the website and the store on Beal ave in wooster were on the same page. Website says open 24 hours, n the doors say lobby closes at 11pm but drive thur is open 24 hours, what about people that walk 1/2 a mile n don't have a car?

There isn't enough people working 3rd shift here. Other shifts there is more than enough people. They need more help on 3rd than any other shift. That's why they closed the lobby at 11pm.

I believe the lobby is open until 2 am some nights

I know that they close lobby for two reasons #1. Because they have less staff and #2 because they have had a problem of people who want to sleep in the lobby not feeling safe for staff and customers

For future notice you may want to call ahead of time because most restaurants do not leave their Lobby open past midnight at least not in this town.

Talk to them or go at a different time

I would say something to the manager there.
