Apparently not a seat yourself establishment even when the sign doesn't say that, BW3 in Wooster is nice and clean and they have a lovely outside area. If you go early take advantage of the QR codes for menus because you might wait for a few minutes for a server. Had we not seated ourselves we would have been waiting for 20 plus minutes at least. The food is consistent because it's BW3 they have that down to a science some things are better than others. I would just maybe avoid going right at opening

Called earlier in the day to see about making reservations for a large party. They don't take reservations. We had a party of 12. I advised them we would be arriving between 445-500. Our server was prompt getting our drink orders, appetizer orders, brining our drinks and coming back for our food orders. However, they kept adding tables to her, so our service started declining. We ordered shots when our appetizers came out. We didn't get any plates to share appetizers. When our food started coming out, less than 1/2 of our group got their food. Then our server started taking orders at other tables. 5+ minutes go by, a few more orders came out. 1 of them wasn't correct and had to be sent back. 10 minutes later, the incorrect order comes out - still not correct but he ate it. Still missing one order. 15 more minutes go by, finally we get the last order. Then we finally got our shots. They were not short staffed. There were several other staff standing around. You could see several people in the kitchen. The manager did come out and remove the order that came out late and the one that came out wrong. It was just poorly managed as far as getting the orders out, correct and in a timely fashion. We definitely were disappointed and Im glad we planned for extra time, we were there for nearly 2 hours.

Went in at 5pm on a Saturday, seated immediately. Service was good, with 3 picky eaters 2 out of 3 of our dishes came out right. Wing prices are higher than I would have liked but our burgers were fairly priced. Overall a nice experience, will go back.

Went on the first Friday of March madness, they only had the games on secondary TVs...really disappointed in that. Food was exactly what is expected and the service was great, you'd just think a sports bar would play the biggest events.
