Just bought a membership two days ago. Today it didn’t work because someone didn’t write the number down. So I had to sit and wait for an attendant. I had to go through twice back to back, because my car wasn’t clean. But I guess for $20 a month, I really can’t complain.

I stopped at the GooGoo in Wooster this morning. I asked for the $9.00 option. The attendant asked whether I was sure because the $9.00 option is "basically a rinse and dry" only and "are you okay with that?" I asked whether there was soap and he answered "no" and said that's why people buy memberships or a much higher priced wash to get soap with the wash. I've gone to the New Phila GooGoo numerous times and always get a good wash with soap included.

Terrible carwash, didn't clean any bugs off windshield. So I went through twice and still windshield and rest of vehicle were dirty. Never will I give them my business again.
