The people who work here are very friendly and helpful once you actually make it to the sales floor. Getting interrogated at the door by the security personnel is super annoying. I know what I came in for, I don't need an interview. I just want to walk in, buy something, and leave. Getting caught up at the front door for a series of unnecessary questions every single time I visit is irritating enough that I don't want to continue shopping there.
