I have a 1070 VW vehicle that has been garaged for ~15 years. Registration expired in 2016. I did submit notification of vehicle not operating and garaged. I would like to begin operation now that vehicle is ready to be used. What's next.

On my stored (planned non operation) car I get a notice that says "Do Not Pay unless you want to re register". If you have been getting those just do what it says.

You can start online registration. Go to the DMV website.
