This company sold to a new owner and they either lost or did not give new owners my file including my title. New owners offered no help. New owner told me this is true for many other customers. Avoid this place.

DO NOT COME HERE!! I was warned by a friend that they took about a month to do a registration renewal and I took it with a grain of salt. It was the Worst decision i could have made to come here to get their help. I ended up waiting over a month and a half to renew my registration. I was constantly told it should be ready any day now for over a month when they originally said it should be ready in 5-10 business days (2 weeks roughly). When I ended up having to renew my other car I ended up going to the DMV and once I requested info to see how the one they “helped me” with was going their system said a bunch of paperwork was missing about a month after my transaction with them. Once I got my registration renewal the form confirmed the fact that fees and all that wasn’t paid until over a month after I first went to them. I will never be coming back here or letting friends and family come here after that not to mention they continued to say they’d look into it and call me back which they never did.

While the staff was extremely friendly, we wasted the better part of yesterday here trying to get our car registered from out-of-state. They were kind enough to refund our money after we finally gave up after computer issues and an absent inspector. The whole idea behind a business like this is to save the customer time; and unfortunately, we just didn't have that experience here. We went to Finest City registration in Pacific Beach today, and we were out the door with plates in 30 minutes.
