This is the 3rd time my order has been messed up. The first time I thought Oh there’s young people there and it’s busy but for this to happen repeatedly when it’s not even busy is unacceptable. No one wants to deal with bad customer service at 1am.

Never had this problem. We eat there at all times of the day/night because my son plays travel baseball. I've never had a mix up before. I would ask for them to check my order before I touch it so should it be wrong they could fix it before I drive away. Especially if its been wrong before. Besides, they always repeat it back to you before you pull around. You should have corrected them at that time. Hopefully you will have a better experience next time. They are definitely a good place to get good food at an unusual time of day. Not to mention you get your moneys worth.

I’ve never had a issue either. I eat there a lot and my orders never been messed up and I’ve had 6 people with me ordering on one order.

This literally happens to me all the time at this Cookout. No matter what I always end up with the completely wrong order and have to go back just to be rudely and reluctantly given the right one. It’s especially frustrating when you’re vegetarian and you’ve ended up with a chicken quesadilla 4 times and all you wanted was a jr. tray with a cheese quesadilla. :/
