Are the gardens accessible by wheelchair?

Some of the areas are accessible. Other areas require going up steps or steep grades.

I dont think its wheelchair friently. All dirt paths lots of obstacles for wheelchair

There are a few parts that may be tough to get to with a wheelchair, but a majority of it is fairly accessible. It's mostly a hard packed dirt/gravel path
