Is there a number to complain to got charged for movie in RM when I never watched one front desk said computer says u did so u did

The place is crooked! Don’t bother ever going there.. They are to expensive.. The waitresses are far and few between.. The place is dirty.. And the machines don’t pay out

I would call and ask for a supervisor, they are pretty accommodating when you are a guest who plays at the casino, I cant see them squabbling over a movie....I. can imagine a guest being charged for a movie, those remote contols on the television s are not user friendly
