Everything is of good quality except for one thing, the walls of the rooms are so thin and not sound-proof😅 that I heard the chatting and you know the type of sounds lovers make in bed🤣 This is a little hard for one person guest to go to sleep peacefully with neighbors with fun activities🤣. It's within walking distance from the park and the falls. My room was on the back side(not the street side), and I watched the fireworks through my windows. It lasts only 5 minutes 😂. I have to admit that as a Chinese who grew up in China, any fireworks In anywhere else seems quite humble compared with the fireworks we usually see on Chinese New Year's Eve or other important celebrations. Another thing I would like to mention and remind tourists is that the mattress and the pillows are kind of less firm, so if you are used to firm mattress (like my firm one at home in Chicago) you may have some time to get to sleep. I have lower back issues therefore soft mattresses are not my favorite. The staff are friendly and helpful. Parking is available right behind the hotel with a special rate if you stay in the hotel. Breakfast is not included. When I booked online I think I saw included, not the parking. But anyway breakfast is all similar. No big deal. I hope you enjoy staying here and having fun.

Positive: The location and staff were great! Restaurants were close by, but pricey compared to what you get, which is expected for a big tourist location. Towels were plush as expected of a 4 star location. Negative: The cleanliness of the carpet & coffee maker were not up to 4* standards. The carpet was worn in spots. Lighting in the room was lacking in brightness. The air conditioner¿s fan speed only worked on high & auto. Value depends upon one¿s 4* expectati

Positive: Great hotel and for it¿s amenities, it was a great price! Staff was great and very kind and helpful. They allowed us to check in early, which was nice bonus! They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Negative: Some updating could be done. The ceiling was peeling in bathroom and there was no exhaust fan in bathroom, which was odd. The pool needed cleaned, it had some green algae mold looking stuff near the ladder in deep end.

We stayed at this place recently and the 2 stars is only due to the it’s location and accessibility to the Niagara state park. Pros: Good location. Walkable to the falls and other dining options. Cons: The hotel is super dated. Walls are stained. Restroom is tiny and dated. The furniture is old and ripped. We did inform the staff and they didn’t pay any attention. The worst part was that we had expired coffee in our room. The staff is not helpful at all and is not courteous. Please look for better options. This place is not worth it for the price.

It's a very close walk. Then you can pay $3 and take a trolley around all day to the sites

The Falls are still open, the government shutdown does not affect them, you can go and see them. You will love the Sheraton, it is a good hotel. I can't wait to stay there again.
They have a public hot tub. Not sure if they have any in their rooms.
Minutes from the Rainbow bridge border crossing on the US side. So Canadians need a passport to get there.
I was just there for my anniversary last week. The surrounding area is a bit sketchy but it is nice to only be two blocks from the falls. If you're looking for a nice anniversary dinner there is an amazing restaurant 15 mins away In Lewiston named Casa Antica. Absolutely amazing Italian food. We also loved eating breakfast at Spot which was two blocks away across the street from the rapids. Happy Anniversary ans good luck.
Are you talking about sit down scooters? If not the casino is literally a 3 min walk.
Hey. Call the hotel directly
The front desk would be perfect. They were very helpful and very understanding
I am not sure either. You can communicate with hotel and ask to be sure.
If i remember correctly, the rooms dont have a toaster, but they do have a microwave, if that helps
Yeah its on the US side, not sure bout the falls view though. But the building is really tall and is only a few blocks away from the falls. Hope that helped a little. :)
No but you probably need to ask for a points card so you can load money onto it to play. You should be able to get it from the front desk, just ask them.
Not sure, but they are pet friendly
