Why do a group of machines that go days in out of service pay less after? Very obvious!

This "question" makes absolutely no sense and to expect someone to come up with a legitimate answer is ridiculous. How do you know they pay less? It would take hours of play at different times before and after the service to even come up with a payout percentage to establish any difference anyway so if this has been calculated then I would present it to the casino itself but if it's just a one or two time occurrence (which I feel is the case here) its gambling and I personally have witnessed it many times.
