We were there recently. The campground is amazing! The bathrooms do work but just a heads up, other than the main bathrooms, bring a flashlight if it's dark outside.
Yes, they work fine, plenty of hot water, overhead lights, not so good.
I was there about 2 weeks ago and they were fine. The ones I used had a shower in each stall as well.

Yes and the shower house was bleached and pressure washed last Monday.
Yes. The restrooms where showers are located are Very clean. The First set of restrooms, as you come into campground, are closed. Others functional and clean.
