The sign reads "NO PETS" but I have taken my Golden out there without a problem.
They have to be kept on a leash but yes I'm pretty certain they are allowed...see them there all the time. I have been wrong before so you may want to call a ranger ahead of time. The rangers at Burgess Falls would probably know.
The sign says no dogs allowed but I did see several dogs the day I visited.
